The third and final building of the Waterclub Condominium project on Toronto 's waterfront consists of a 27 storey curvilinear building designed by Kirkor Architects with 296 residential suites. Phases I and II are both 37 storey towers consisting of 431 suites and 460 suites respectively totalling nearly 1,200 units for waterclub. The project features furnished model suites by four of the world class interior designers – Ralph Lauren, Gluckstein, Cecconi Simone, and Mike Niven – to show waterclub's suites at their best.
