Stern in conjunction with local architect, Young and Wright and Gluckstein Planning and Design, this 68 suite, 29 storey point tower is located in the fashionable Bloor-Yorkville shopping district at the corner of Charles and St. Thomas successfully broke the price barrier with pricing 50% higher than any other condominium project marketed prior to the One St. Thomas opening. Suites ranged in size from nearly 1,500 sq ft to a 10,000 sq ft penthouse.
