MARKETING & COMMUNICATION STRATEGY

Provide initial and ongoing recommendations regarding target markets, product positioning, pricing and communication strategies. Work with the appointed advertising agency to develop appropriate, cost-efficient campaigns and review marketing materials

PRICING STRATEGY & BUDGETING

Prepare suite by suite pricing based on research of competitive, new and resale product and consumer acceptance levels. Prepare detailed operations budget for office expenditures, administrative staffing costs for on-site sales offices, etc.

Review and provide recommendations on building design, suite floorplans, amenity space, and finishing schedules

SALES STRATEGY AND PLANNING

Develop a critical path to initiate the sales process. Review agreement of purchase and sale, condominium documentation, etc. Customize reporting format to monitor traffic, sales, closing ratios, purchaser profile, product performance, and sales revenues. Supervise and manage all aspects of the sales program.
