Bill's disposition experience includes residential development land in various stages of approval and work-out solutions for troubled projects as well as acting on behalf of mortgage holder's in power of sale proceedings. He also has significant experience in the sale of commercial, industrial and investment properties including industrial land, buildings and portfolios, shopping centre's and freestanding retail.
Bill also has broad-based advisory services and consulting experience including highest and best use analysis for urban redevelopment properties and Greenfield sites, property position strategies, valuation and site selection studies.
Prior to joining MarketVision Bill held a senior position with one of Canada's largest commercial brokerage firms.
